• 00:13.  Slight wet.  Catheterised.  830ml.  Medium.  Fruity.  Washed face in cold water.  Ate a pristine Colombian banana.  Drank milk.  To bed
• 10:12.  About 6 separate urges.  Passed pellets at some stage.  No wet.  Slight evidence of sinusitis.  Made bed.  Breakfasted.  Wheat bisks, sliced Colombian banana, milk.  Coffee.  Drank about 3 green beakers of water post 09:00

11:20.  A lot of discomfort and urges this morning.  Desperation.  Eventually a slight wet.  Catheterised.  800ml.  Heavy.  Did not wash.  Dressed.  Brown zipped 2-tone boots, grey socks, dark grey joggers, black boxers, white shorty vest, white F&F T-shirt, heavy F&F hoodie.  Drank coffee al fresco.  Fresh.  Mobile cloud.  Breeze

• 14:24.  Sandwich made with Brennan’s Be Good wholemeal high fibre sliced pan, Kerrygold, 1 slice of Irish Angus Beef Topside, 1 slice of mild red cheddar.  Tea.  A small bowl of 12 plump seedless washed green grapes.  Tidied up

16:41.  Prolific wet after many urges and a lot of discomfort.  1040ml.  Light.  Sediment.  Washed face and ears in cold water.  Wiped my body, armpits, thighs, hips, nether parts; using the face cloth saturated in cold water.  Applied Lynx spray to my armpits.  Exercised.  Dressed again in street clothes

• Ate 2 Tesco pancakes and drank tea c 17:00.  Went for a walk wearing my gloves with my hood pulled up.  Three times from the coal bunker to the Cross.  Enjoyed my walk.  Legs a bit ungainly and my feet dragging betimes. 
• 18:00.  Fried a burger, a sliced tomato, a slice of Brennan’s Be Good sliced pan.  Ate all followed by a pristine Fyffe’s banana

In the late morning I put up the new tax disc which came in the post over a week ago.  Drove to the shop.  Bought 2x2l of milk, 2 oranges, 6 Fyffe’s bananas, a pack of red cheddar slices.  €13.05 total paid for with my Avant card.  The parcel from Home Store + More delivered c 15:40.  Relieved to see it through the front door when I went out to the hall to check.  Photo Frames.  Rosanna brought Pat Brennan out to Ballymascanlon House Hotel in the afternoon.  Due to an error Rosanna was saddled with the total bill.

I was very uncomfortable in bed this morning.  I got up repeatedly to relieve myself, mostly to no avail.  Did not really feel myself until I washed in the late afternoon.  My mood and composure is good now.  20:53.  10°C outside now.  Temperatures of 11°C forecast for later tonight.  I think I will sleep with just the duvet over me.  And I will open a ventilator.  There was no heat on today until about 19:00 this evening.  The young coalman (Cameron’s cousin) called, but I bought no coal.  The bunker is almost full
